How long are the first visit and follow-up appointments?

Initial visits are typically 1 hour, and follow-up sessions are 30 minutes to ensure comprehensive and focused care.

How can we pay for services?

EFTPOS is our preferred method of payment. Cash or bank transfers can be arranged under special circumstances. We also accept Stripe payments.

Do you accept ACC claims?

No, we are a private clinic. However, a WINZ disability grant can be applied for if supported by your doctor.

Do you take walk-ins?

Generally, no. We operate by appointment only to ensure each client receives dedicated and personalised attention.

Can we use other facilities like the infrared sauna, swimspa, and massage chair if I am not a client?

Yes, you can, provided prior arrangements have been made. This can be done via online bookings or directly in the clinic.

Do I need a referral?

No, as a private clinic, you do not need a referral to make an appointment with us. Anyone can book directly.

What do I need to know before my first appointment?

Before your first session, you will be asked to sign a consent form, as well as or cancellation policy and costing forms.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment to allow for easy assessment of your movement.

We also ask that you bring any relevant medical history, such as scans, X-rays, or MRIs, or email them to us prior to your appointment.

What happens during a session or after starting with you?

Following your initial assessment, we will discuss and develop an individualised plan tailored specifically for you. This may involve soft tissue work, stretching, or specific exercises, depending on the assessment findings. Homework exercises or stretches will be provided as tolerated and when appropriate to support your progress between sessions.
